Press Release: Deb Woolley Named Chamber President

Deborah K. Woolley is the president of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Deb is the former vice president of Communications and Workplace Policy for the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce in Columbia. She has over 10 years of experience in chamber management.

Deb, a native of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in journalism. She also holds a master's degree in communications and business administration from the University of South Carolina.

She began her career on the editorial staff of The State newspaper in Columbia, later becoming business editor of The Columbia Record. Deb also worked in economic development for the State of South Carolina, as director of public affairs in the Southeast for Mack Trucks and as a senior account executive for Newman Saylor & Gregory in Columbia.
